It is a Georgian period building which has been renovated to a high standard.

The restaurant is very bright and offers views of the crescent.

The rooms are all medium in size and have private bathroom, T.V, radio, hair dryer and trouser press. The rooms are very comfortable and in good condition.
location
In a leafy tree lined crescent off the Forth Bridge road, this attractive hotel is located in the west end only a mile from the centre of Edinburgh. This is a pleasant location within easy reach of the city centre.
