The lobby is rather small, but this is only a very small hotel, creating a friendly and intimate atmosphere.

A Victorian townhouse dating back to the 1880's.

The hotel has only a breakfast room on the ground floor, which is extremely traditional in design with wooden furniture and Scottish tartan carpet.
rooms
The comfortable and spacious bedrooms all come equipped with an en-suite shower and toilet, tea and coffee tray. All rooms are very traditional in design, with high Victorian ceilings and windows.
location
This hotel is located next door to its sister hotel (the Haymarket) close to Haymarket station, very close to Edinburgh city centre. In fact Princes Street can be reached by foot in under 10 minutes. The hotel is conveniently located on the road to the airport, the transfer time being just 15-10 minutes.
