All the rooms are in good condition. The decor is modern, in either blue or green pastel colours, with light wood furnishings. The rooms vary in size from medium to very large. The bathrooms are also in good condition.

Situated right in the centre of Edinburgh's Georgian district, this comfortable hotel lies very close to Princes Street and all the main tourist attractions.
