The rooms are all situated on the top two floors with views over the city, the folly or Calton Hill. The rooms are contemporary in style with natural materials and warm tones, all of which compliments the superb glass bathrooms and dramatic floor to ceiling windows. The rooms are extremely impressive.
location
Perfectly located at the foot of Calton Hill right in the heart of the city centre, the hotel is next to the Playhouse theatre and a few steps from Princes Street.
general
Beautifully designed hotel that opened in summer 2003. The height of contemporary chic with a superb location in the city. (BL 05/2006)

The circular lobby is light, airy and contemporary.
exterior
The main entrance incorporates the facade of the 150 year old Lady Glenorchy church which is set against the stunning modern glass architecture of the new structure.
