This is a very popular hotel with an excellent location. This is a small, family-run hotel with a traditional feel. (KB 07/08)

The lobby is long and narrow, leading into a small lounge with two sofas.
exterior
It is a traditional Georgian terrace building which has been converted into a hotel.
restaurant
The hotel does not have a restaurant at all. Breakfast is served in an excellent new cafe which is situated opposite the hotel.
rooms
The rooms all vary in size and are decorated in a very traditional style. The bathrooms are light and modern. The rooms are in a good condition, and a few on the higher floors have a view to the Firth of Forth.
location
This hotel is situated on Fredericks Street in the heart of the city of Edinburgh, just a minute's walk from Princes Street and all other main city sights. This is an excellent central location.
