This hotel has 2 first class restaurants totally dedicated to the highest ideals of traditional English cuisine with a degree of modern interpretation and influence, the newly refurbished restaurant exudes a splendid atmosphere of quality and grace. The finest quality ingredients produce a richly varied menu coupled with an extensive wine list. Both restaurants are extremely popular with tourists and locals alike.

This magnificent 19th century hotel has been sympathetically restored and modernised. It is the landmark hotel of Eastbourne.
lobby
The elegant lobby is large and elegant, incorporating a seating area. The main hotel restaurant is located to the right of the lobby while the public bar is on the left hand side.
