Prominently situated on the seafront along the East Sussex coast. Its great location is close to the pier and promenade, town centre, Devonshire Park, theatre and conference centre.

All units are of a decent standard and kept in good condition. Medium in size with traditional English decor used throughout, same applies to the bathrooms. Most rooms enjoy lovely views of the Eastbourne coast.
