The elevated lobby is medium to large in size. The reception is found in the left corner upon arrival, with the hotel lifts directly in front of the entrance. Adequate seating is provided near the reception.

The low-rise building is modern and white in colour.

The hotel has one food and beverage outlet, a multi-cuisine restaurant at the lobby level that faces the open swimming pool to cater to the needs of their guests, as well as 24-hour room service and housekeeping facility.
