Overall this is a budget hotel but with great a location and easy access to all parts of the city. The property has limited facilities on site, but if you are looking for a comfortable base to explore the city then this a good choice (SD 06/08)

The lobby is of medium size with a good sized seating area.

The building is modern in design and in keeping with buildings in the area.

There is 1 main restuarant in the hotel as well as coffee shop in the lobby.

The rooms are medium in size and are basic in design and fittings. All rooms have central air-conditioning, flat screen television, satellite channels, direct dial telephone and all have a balcony facing the main street.
location
The hotel is located right in heart of downtown Deira in the Riqqa Street Area. Only 4 kilometres from Dubai International Airport, the hotel is located very close the main Shopping Areas and Restaurants.
