The apartments are located in the city centre, situated on Mabbot Lane which is a short walk from O'Connell Street and approximately 10 minutes walk from Temple Bar.

The Apartments are spacious and modern with solid wooden floors, fully fitted kitchens with granite work surfaces, washing machines, dish washers, hob/oven and microwaves. The bedrooms are decorated in neutral colours and are finished to a high standard with memory foam beds, quality bed linen and black out curtains. Guests may also enjoy a relaxing bath or shower in the marble wet rooms. The bedrooms consist of a double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge.

The apartment complex does not have a restaurant, should guests require breakfast it can be taken in the Browns Hotels and paid locally.
