Small in size, the lobby just compromises of a small reception area with a lounge room to the right side where guests can relax and read a book or the daily papers.

The hotel has only a breakfast room, serving a full Irish breakfast every morning. There are restaurants and bars in the vicinity.

This small guesthouse is located in the quite district of Rathgar, a charming village (suburb) just 15 minutes drive to the city centre. There are some bars and restaurants within walking distance.
