A short ferry ride from the Great Barrier Reef Airport on Hamilton Island, or just minutes by boat from Airlie Beach, Daydream Island Resort and Spa is the jewel of The Whitsundays.

Garden Balcony Rooms have private balcony and overlook the tropical gardens and/or the resort pool. The rooms are medium in size and are in a good condition, as are the bathrooms. All rooms have new furnishings, TV / In house movies, mini bar and fridge, tea / coffee maker, iron and ironing board and safe.

Lovers of food and wine can choose to dine at Daydream?s signature restaurant Mermaids, or enjoy buffet-style dining at Waterfalls Restaurant, casual a la carte at the Fishbowl Tavern or deli-style at the Boathouse Bakery.

Low rise island resort with 3 accommodation wings and 3 levels of accommodation located at the northern end of the Island. Daydream Village is at the southern end of the Island.

Daydream Island is situated within the Whitsunday Islands group located on the North Eastern coast of Queensland, Australia.

The ferry departure/arrival times are timed to give the best possible connection with most flights. Priority is given to arriving guests and getting you to your Resort as quickly as possible. There will be a Cruise Whitsundays 'Resort Connections' service to meet arriving flights and whisk you away to Daydream Island. Similarly ferry departures and coach connections (for Whitsunday Coast Airport) are operated for most departing flights.
