generalCardiff was recently voted as Britain's best city for shopping and the Park Inn is perfectly located to maximise this. With the new John Lewis that opens in September directly opposite, the hotel provides a great base for the leisure traveller and comfortable newly refurbished accommodation too. Recommended. lobbyIt is a very large, unusual lobby, resembling a town square, and has some bedrooms looking down onto it. The reception area has several shops and lots of foliage, as well as brick walls stretching up to a very high ceiling.
exteriorA new modern hotel built in 1990 and integrated into the new Cardiff world trade centre. The hotel is of a modern design from the exterior.
restaurantThe RBG Bar and Grill is brand new and serves a tempting menu of grilled dishes and is an ideal place for a relaxing meal after a long day of sightseeing. The bar is lively and has a varied drinks venue in addition to serving snacks throughout the day.
roomsThere are 146 brand new, newly-refurbished guest rooms including 50 Business Friendly rooms and 3 Junior Suites.
