The hotel has eight conference rooms and a leisure club which incorporates the latest in exercise equipment, also, a sauna, solarium and beauty salon. (11/06tm)

The interior is very Victorian, a large staircase dominates the lobby area and a crystal chandelier adorns the Roman style ceiling.
exterior
It is very traditional and dates back to 1883, when it began to operate as a hotel.
restaurant
The restaurant offers a large selection of dishes, based on simple provincial cooking. The cocktail bar provides an elegant setting for an aperitif.
rooms
The bedrooms are split over three levels, they are furnished in stylish, tasteful colours. All have en-suite bathroom, colour television with movie channel, hospitality tray, hair dryer and trouser press.
location
The hotel is situated in the city centre, occupying a corner of a main thoroughfare, opposite Cardiff Arms Park, the home of Welsh rugby. As well as Cardiff castle which can be seen from some of the bedrooms. It is a few minutes walk from Cardiff rail and bus stations.
