Value for money and the location is fantastic. Once a former prison housing inmates working on the then new V&A Waterfront, Breakwater Lodge is now a hotel and university college. There is 24 hour secure parking, laundry facilities, babysitting service, a business centre and good conference facilities. (AHJ0509)

A small lobby with a reception desk to your right as you enter and a small seating area for guests. The reception is open 24 hours a day and has a safety deposit box.

There are two restaurants. A self service restaurant offering breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks all day and a more formal restaurant which is long and narrow and has spectacular views of Table Mountain as well as the Waterfront. A la carte food can be ordered here and there is a good wine menu.

These rooms are more spacious, have an open plan layout with a lounge.
location
Prime location positioned at The V&A Waterfront with views of the harbour and Table Mountain. It is also close to the city centre and the best city beaches.
