locationSituated in Somerset West, a beautiful area within the Cape Winelands, and just 35 minutes drive from Cape Town Centre and 20 minutes from the airport. It is also very close to the beautiful False Bay.
generalIt is located in a nine hectare estate, comprised of beautifully maintained ponds, &[meaning unclear] vineyards with views of the surrounding Helderberg Mountain and False Bay. An excellent hotel, perfect for guests wishing to have a relaxing and tranquil stay. There is a very good spa with a variety of treatments available to guests. lobbyThe large, open plan lobby has high ceilings and separate reception & [meaning unclear] concierge desks. The lobby leads directly into a lounge area with a large fireplace, and is overlooked by a rooftop ceiling, giving the whole room a bright atmosphere.
exteriorA very attractive building built in the style of classic Dutch Cape architecture. Painted white and just two storeys tall, the hotel is spread out over many hectares of well-kept land.
restaurantThere are two restaurants, both located on the ground floor: La vigna, which serves Tuscan international cuisine & [meaning unclear] and the Garden Terrace, serving buffet and an a la carte menu. The Breakfast room offers an excellent buffet, serving hot and cold foods. The room spills out onto a pleasant terrace area where guests can also eat.
