Built on a two-acre landlocked site on Wellington Island in Cochin, this hotel has been designed as an inward looking complex with all the guest rooms arranged around a central garden court. Because of its proximity to the Naval Airport, a height restriction permitted the construction of only the ground plus 2 floors only building.

The hotel has a multi-cuisine restaurant, Travancore. It also offers traditional Kerala cuisine along with Indian and Continental cusine.
