Resort is located on the outskirts of Chiang Mai in an isolated area surrounded by rice paddy fields. It is approximately a 15 minute drive away from the city centre.

Despite its name the hotel does welcome short stay guests as well as long stay ones. The initial concept of this hotel was in providing a therapeutic retreat for guests looking to improve their health. Health check-ups and consultations by medical experts are available. Facilities for physical excercise include a fully equipped exercise room, a swimming pool and a jogging track.
