The hotel offers 24-hour front desk service where money changing, car rentals, tour bookings, stamps and other general services are available between 7:00 A.M. and 11:00 P.M. There is a lounge with TV just off the lobby as well as a meeting and function suite with display and entertainment facilities for up to 30 persons. In addition, there is a well-equipped air-conditioned fitness room, a gift and souvenir shop, and a coin-operated laundry.

The hotel consists of 31 studio apartments, 45 rooms and 2 two-bedroom apartments. It has an unrivalled beachfront location and sits on two beaches. The grounds are well manicured and there are two (2) pools and three (3) Jacuzzis.

The food and beverage facilities consist of the following three restaurants and bars: casual Fish Pot Beach and Pool Bar where drinks, light meals, and snacks are served from 10:00 A.M. to 6:30PM; the Pavilion Restaurant features barbecues and other theme Buffet dining in the evenings. The elegant Mermaid Restaurant with its panoramic view of Oistins Bay offers a full Buffet Breakfast daily and wonderful a La Carte dining for lunch and dinner (no shorts after 6pm please). Good quality light entertainment is presented five evenings per week in the Mermaid Restaurant.

All rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fan, direct dial telephone, balcony or patio, AM-FM clock radio, in-room safe (free), bathroom with tub and shower, hair dryer and cable TV. Rooms with connecting doors are available on request. All rooms are serviced daily.

Sea Breeze Beach Hotel is located in a serene corner of Maxwell Coast Road. It is just 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the capital city of Bridgetown. Just around the corner is St. Lawrence Gap where there is a plethora of restaurants and night life. The fishing village of Oistins which is just 3 minutes away comes alive on Friday nights.
