Kalimera is located in the suburb of Agia Marina, an area of Chania famous for its Blue Flag Award beaches. The city center is 15 minutes away by regular public transport or car.

The apartments are much larger than the studios, decorated in cream colours and with fine wooden furniture. They can accommodate a family of four or more guests with ease. They are equipped with air conditioning, safe, and a kitchenette, as well as balconies overlooking the neighbourhood or further towards the sea.

The apart hotel doesn't have a restaurant or dining area, but the pool side bar will cater for the guests immediate needs for light snacks or drinks.

It is a cream and white coloured 3 storey building with a swimming pool.
lobby
The small lobby is adequate for the check in formalities.
