This is a good hotel for the mid range leisure traveller. Ideal for those staying a few nights in the city. Also well located for the Airport. SE1008

A modern and stylish exterior surrounded by gardens. The property is four storeys and is predominantly of sand coloured stone.

The Elms restaurant provides a range of local and international dishes. The restaurant is light and spacious. with windows overlooking the gardens. There is a Bar located off the lobby area.
rooms
There is a range of bedding configurations. All are in good condition. The Studio rooms easily fit the two double beds in them. Furnishings are simple but well looked after. There are 5 rooms that have wheelchair access. All rooms have tea/coffee facilities, direct dial telephones, and in house movies.

Approximately half way between the Christchurch airport and the city centre's Cathedral Square.
