The hotel is located near Canne's highway within a couple of minutes walk to the station, the city centre and the seafront.

The rooms are of medium to large size, tastefully furnished and decorated in a modern style in pale harmonious colours. All rooms feature large black and white photographs of famous movie stars. The bathrooms are fully tiled with pale beige unpolished tiles. Rooms and bathrooms are in excellent condition.

The small breakfast room is located on the ground floor and is part of the open plan lobby.

It is a traditional 5 storey building.

The lobby is small and bright. It features a bright red sofa, and the reception desk is curvey with gold decoration.
