The hotel is located at the upper end of one of Cannes main access areas, Boulevard Carnot, which leads straight into the Cannes centre.

Rooms are large and tastefully furnished and decorated in a modern style with dark wooden furniture and are laid out with pale hardwood flooring. All rooms and bathrooms have been entirely refurbished and are in very good condition.

The hotel does not have a restaurant. The breakfast area is located on the ground floor behind the reception.

This is a modern, high-rise building.

The lobby is open plan and incorporates a small bar area on the left and the reception area to right.
