Parts of this property have been newly built in 2006/2007, the room capacity has been doubled. Behind the reception desk is a large bar and restaurant area, which features in its centre a modern open fire. One of the walls is a subtle water fall into a shallow triangular pond with plants and fish. This is an excellent contemporary property. ( 0708/ss )

The rooms are of medium size. The decor is modern, wooden floor, light colour walls, and dark furniture. Bathrooms are small.Rooms and bathrooms are in excellent condition.

The hotel is located just 200 meters away from the Croisette, and right in the top part of rue d'Antibes, which is one of Cannes most important streets for shopping.
