All are in very good condition as are the bathrooms. All are large and modern in decor with light colours used throughout with cream being the predominant colour contrasting the dark wood furniture. Black and white pictures of old Buenos Aires are used as decor.

Centrally located near the financial district. It is seven blocks from Porto Madeiro and the Government House and a short taxi ride to the other main places of interest of the city.
