All rooms are small to medium in size, tastefully decorated and well maintained. All units en suite with a choice of smoking or non smoking bedrooms. Amenities include cable TV, radio, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and trouser press.

The hotel is located opposite Brighton Preston park station on the main A23 road that runs into Brighton, less than a 10 minute drive from the centre. Local transport from the bus stop just outside the hotel serves direct routes to Brighton pier and surroundings. Preston park is a 5 minute walk away.
