The lobby is small, but elegantly furnished with carpets and a seating area.

The Hotel is traditional in architecture, with a porch entrance and steps leading up to it.
restaurant
There are two restaurants; The Terrace and Palm Court, both serving international cuisine. The main restaurant is elegantly furnished with high ceilings and a harp.
rooms
The rooms vary in size, but are generally medium and kept in good condition, as are the bathrooms. Modern in design, with pastel and floral furnishings, they are comfortable and equipped with private bathrooms, air conditioning, satellite television, direct dial telephone, minibar, hairdryer, trouser press and tea/coffee making facilities. Full valet service is available.
location
The Hotel is situated in Bristol city centre. It is easily accessible with Templemead station one mile away, the airport fifteen miles and Bristol Parkway only eight miles away.
