The restaurant is run by the owner of Hotel Mannu himself and his sister. The three dining rooms in the hotel offer a refined, hospitable atmosphere and can cater for up to one hundred diners. During the summer, with the addition of the veranda, capacity is one hundred and thirty. Throughout the year diners can sample delicious specialities from Bosa culinary tradition, which includes both meat and fish dishes, all prepared with local produce. Among the most characteristic dishes are handmade panadinas, savoury pies, gnocchetti with lamb sauce and roast suckling pig. While the fish menu offers mixed grilled fish, lobster and skate, all to be accompanied with the fine wines from the restaurant's wellstocked wine cellar. The mouth-watering desserts are also home-made and follow local traditions with the basic ingredients of almonds and hazelnuts.
The Da Giancarlo e Rita restaurant inside Hotel Mannu is open every day, all year round and also provides a catering service, ideal for parties and ceremonies, as well as organising receptions, banquets, buffets and Rotary Club evenings
