generalDue to its location this hotel is a fantastic option for travellers not only to explore the city of Boppard but also the unique Rhine valley with its medivial castles. 11/08 LH
lobbyThe medium sized lobby is simple in decor but welcomes the guest with a familiar and friendly atmosphere.
exteriorThe hotel consists of the main building and the adjoining guests house. The front of the main building faces the river promenade. It is a four storey building with a white facade and decorated with beautiful flower boxes.
restaurantThe spacious breakfast room has good views of the river. It has large windows and consequently is very light. In addition there are 2 restaurants - the "Le Gourmet" which offer international light cuisine and the "Kanne" for a more informal meal. It has a tiled floor, wood panelled walls and intimate alcoves. The restaurants are open from May to October. The large dining room "Burgkeller" in the basement, with its adjoining bar, doubles as a discoteque or venue for bands at the week-end during the summer season.
roomsThe small rooms in brown and beige colour scheme are equipped with traditional wooden furniture. They are in good condition and have plenty of charm. Some of the rooms have a balcony and a fantastic view of the Rhine.
locationThe hotel is located directly on the promenade of the river Rhine on the edge of the beautiful town of Boppard. River cruises depart directly in front of the hotel and offer a fantastic choice to explore the Rhine valley with its famous castles.
