This is a pleasant hotel with a warm atmosphere and attention to detail to enhance comfort. The hotel's distinguishing feature is its exclusive roof garden, which offers spectacular views of Bologna's churches, towers and medieval palaces. The lobby is small but efficient and practical. The wooden reception desk is at the very front for easy check in/ outs. There are 2 small sitting areas with classic sofas and a bar area behind the reception. The whole ambiance is small but cosy.

Traditional Italian building in keeping with the surrounding area.
restaurant
The hotel does not have a restaurant, but only a room for buffet breakfast. This room is simple in decor but practical.
rooms
Rooms are of medium size but very comfortable and tidy. Furniture are traditional and walls are tastefully decorated. They are also equipped with all modern facilities to please both business to tourist clients. Some of the rooms are located in an internal building linked with the main one by a patio area. Bathrooms are all in very good condition.
location
The hotel is centrally located between the church of San Domenico and Palazzo Ruini-Baciocchi, now seat of the courthouse, and a few minutes walk from the famous Piazza Maggiore.
