The hotel is located in a strategic position at the entrance of the city near the Borgo Panigale exit of the highway, 900 meters from the Ducati museum. The airport is 3.5km away and trade fair is 9km away.

The rooms are medium in size, modern in style and decor and pleasantly furnished with all the comforts of a hotel of this category (air conditioning, mini bar, satellite TV). Bathrooms are in a good condition too.
restaurant
The large restaurant, located on the ground floor, serves excellent local cuisine.

Large modern 5 storey building decorated in white colour.
lobby
The lobby is modern, simply but pleasantly presented with good decor and good furnishing. The reception desk is right at the entrance for easy check in/outs. There are some comfortable sofas at the reception side and a bar/lounge area on the other side.
general
The hotel has congress and banquet facilities that host up to 250 people. American bar, free parking area and attended garage are also available. This is good hotel, suitable for every market and especially for business travelers, thanks to its strategic position close to the airport. It is also convenient for tourists visiting the Motor Valley.
