The hotel is located in the heart of Bologna, in famous via Indipendenza, a stroll away from beautiful Piazza Maggiore and its Towers. This is the main area for shopping, restaurants & bars. It is easy to reach via public transport.

The Junior Suite rooms are 50 square meters. Furnished in a classic Venetian style, they include a large semi-canopied double bed. Original antiques, high ceilings and two wide windows make the room airy and light. The walls are textile padded and the drapery is in precious brocade. Some of the Junior Suites have a welcoming fireplace. The marble bathroom include 2 washbasins and a Jacuzzi. Facilities include Internet (Broadband), WI-FI, writing desk and fax.

The restaurant offers traditional cuisine, with special attention to typical dishes from the region and of Bologna itself. This room painted by Carraccio is a rare beauty and offers an ambiance of great elegance.

The hotel is a historical building, the Palazzo Ghisilardi Fava, which was converted into a hotel in 1911.

Large in size, the lobby is in keeping with the majestic style of the rest of the hotel, with frescoed ceilings and porcelain and crystal manufactures elegantly placed around. The black and white marble floorings are superb.
