restaurantThe resort offers three full-dining restaurants on-site, plus a pool bar for light snacks and the Chateau, a 19th century building left over from the former sugar plantation, now housing a restaurant near the golf course. The main restaurant, open for breakfast and dinner, is situated over four levels and overlooks the river and mountains. In addition, guests can also choose from the Italian or seafood restaurants.
