generalA casually refined and elegant resort located in the undiscovered south of the island. exteriorDesigned in the style of the island's former sugar plantations, the architecture is elegant colonial and different from any other property on the island.
restaurantThe resort offers three full-dining restaurants on-site, plus a pool bar for light snacks and the Chateau, a 19th century building left over from the former sugar plantation, now housing a restaurant near the golf course. The main restaurant, open for breakfast and dinner, is situated over four levels and overlooks the river and mountains. In addition, guests can also choose from the Italian or seafood restaurants.
roomsRooms are accommodated in villas of 6 or 8 rooms and decorated in a colonial style, inspired by the elegance and romance of the island's sugar estate mansions.
