The exterior of the building has large colonial columns with a pitched slate rooms and at night is illuminated with a blue halogen glow.
restaurant
Vettrianosrestaurant is open for early breakfast from 07:00 - 09:30 and dinner is served between 07:00-08:30 pm. The restaurant is modern in design serving the best of home cooked food and is popular with tourists and locals alike. The design is beautiful with a homely contemporary feel. Newly opened for 2007/8, Caffee Lingerie is the other restaurant offering a selection of indivdually priced dishes and open all day from 10.00am offering a wide choice from tea cakes and crumpets to full meals.

The boutique rooms are a new addition since June 2007 and are very popular, especially for weekend breaks. These are much larger that standard with all the facilities, such as remote colour television, tea and coffee making facilities, trouser press, hair dryer and direct dial telephone as standard. All boutique rooms are front facing with excellent views of the beach.

The hotel is situated on St Annes seafront overlooking the Irish Sea and beaches. Located approximately 1 mile away from Blackpool airport and 2 miles from Blackpool. The recently renovated St Annes square is only a stones throw away from all your shopping needs.

The hotel has been family run for over 4 generations. Nivens Health Club is available for all guests from 06:00 to 22:00 daily. There are 3 gymnasiums, a pool side bar, jacuzzi, squash court, sauna, hair salon, beauty and massage. The lobby and entrance has a large amtico flooring with surrounding lounges decorated with a dark and light brown furnishings and a theme of the famous artist Jack Vettriano bringing you to the front desk of where you are welcomed by a reception desk made from local granite.
