Facilities include a very large salt water swimming pool, a state of the art fitness centre, tennis courts and squash courts. There is also a jogging track which is on top of the Mah Boon Krong shopping centre. The hotel has an impressive lower lobby with escalators that take you up to the reception area that is more intimate. The lobby is very large but with limited seating area. There are exits from both lobbies into Mah Boon Krong shopping centre.

The exterior is a modern rectangular glass walled and concrete high-rise.
restaurant
The main restaurant where the breakfast is served is at lower lobby level. In the evenings this restuarant has a live band. There is a Korean restaurant at the upper lobby level which is popular with the local community. The newly opened Nabeya Japanese restaurant is offers an alternative option to various restaurants around the area.

Execuplus rooms are 64 square metres, consisting of one bedroom and one living room decorated in a classic style and very well appointed. Bathroom is very large with separate shower and bathtub.
