The hotel is located in the business district and close to all shopping areas and places of local interest.

The 184 bedrooms are medium in size, comfortably decorated with fine classic quality furnishings with all the fabrics and upholstry to match. The bathrooms are large and complete.
restaurant
The hotel has a fine a la carte restaurant offering the most incredible traditonal Basque menu. The choice of traditional cuisine is also available together with a fine selection of wines and spirits. There is also a coffee shop.
exterior
A grand modern building with a traditional out-look which gives way to a very up to date interior. The facade is made of dark mirrored stained glass and grey granite walls.
lobby
Reception area and the lobby area are very modern and relaxed. Large reception, beige marbled floors, and furbished with fine classic furnishings. The lobby and public areas are also finely decorated with classic furnishings and fittings such as the marvelous highly polished wooden floors and the classic line of furniture set in the most cosy area of the lobby.
