The Atlantic Oakes Resort Mansion, and Conference Center is on the ocean in Bar Harbor, Maine. We are located near the entrance to Acadia National Park and a few minutes from downtown Bar Harbor.
rooms
The rooms feature comfortable, contemporary furniture with modern amenities. All rooms are NON SMOKING. May 3 to October 31: Buffet breakfast available at a Fee and from November 1 to May 2: Complimentary continental breakfast.
restaurant
There is no on-site restaurant. There is a seasonal breakfast buffet, inside, on the deck or on the patio. Many restaurants are just a few minutes drive away from the resort.
exterior
The hotel has eight guest room buildings set on 12 acres of lawns and gardens. The grounds are spacious and have a park-like feel.

Only minutes away from the hotel, there is a vast array of activities in the Bar Harbor area, fine dining, museums, outdoor activities and whale watching. (05/08 LM)
