exteriorIt is a grand renaissance-style castle incorporating a beautiful conserved tower called 'la torre del caracol'(tower of the snail) which was declared to be a national monument. This tower features a marvellously preserved and beautiful hall with its mudejar coffered ceiling and mixture of gothic and renaissance styles.
restaurantBacalao "a la tio" (cod), rebojo zamorano (sweet cake), sopa de boda and dos y pingada are among the robust dishes which may be sampled at this parador, featuring all of the taste and tradition of this famous region.
roomsThe two wings which house the bedrooms and dinning-room have been built in the same medieval style. Wrought-iron lamps, striking tapestries and castilian wood and brickwork create an austere and regal ambience inside.
