This is a very modern building, with a green and yellow facade. Its corner location boasts a beautiful design, especially the detail on the top balconies and the top cornice balustrade.

The lobby is spacious, with marble floors and comfortable armchairs in soft green, matching the colour of the reception area and its columns.
