It is located in the trendy and laid back area of Gracia. Lesseps underground station (green line) is just minutes away, and within 3 stops from the proper old town. The area is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars and several shops. Have a drink in the nearby Sol square or stroll around the lovely court yards in the neighbourhood.

All bedrooms are exterior and have air conditioning, regulated heater, direct phone, TV signal, internet connection, desk, chair and bathroom with shower. Functional and modern decoration. The residence provides double, triple and quad rooms.
