The apartments are from 50 to 65 Sq.meters and have been decorated with new contemporary design furniture. All the apartments are complete with bathrooms with hair dryer, air conditioning and heating, washing and drier machine, dishwasher, independent kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine including a complete set of kitchen and table utensils. All The apartments living rooms have plenty of light as it is situated close to the balcony looking out onto street Ferran. The living room is fully equipped with a 21" television and HIFI-CD player and D.V.D. Completely equipped with bed linen (sheets, duvets, pillows, blankets) and a set of towels for each guest.

In its surroundings we find the Grand Liceu Theatre, MACBA museum, the Cathedral, Plaza Real and Plaza Catalunya. The beaches and harbour are 15 minutes walking distance. The street Ferran is a busy street but the area is secure, located next to the Sant Jaume square and the town hall of Barcelona.
