The outer facade of this building is made of traditional sandstone, in an early 1900?s design, which blends in well with local art nouveau style architecture.
restaurant
The restaurant is located on the ground floor offering an a la carte menu of international/traditional cuisine and a fine selection of local wines and spirits. The hotel also has a terrace serving light meals overlooking the main landmarks.
rooms
The rooms are spacious and very well decorated with traditional furnishings, and are all fully equipped. Some of them have wonderful views over the Square and the Cathedral, All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, safety deposit box, plasma screen, DVD player and CD player.
location
The hotel is located opposite La Catedral, dating back to the 13th century, in a pedestrian gateway to the Gothic Quarter and within walking distance of the famous Ramblas. main shopping areas such as El Corte Ingles and Plaza Catalunya.
pleasenote
Swimming pool and spa area to be opened in June 2014. Cot does not fit in triple room or in twin/double with extra bed. Baby is accepted sharing existing bed.

The new wellness area ( available from June 2014) will allow our guests to enjoy one of the most exclusives pools in Barcelona ,with spectacular views of the Cathedral, as well as a Spa and Health area including massage cabins, body and facial treatments with all making this area a privileged space for our costumers. Traditional hotel with an excellent location.

The lobby is medium-sized and elegantly decorated with traditional furnishings in soft pale salmon pink colours. 17th century masterpieces are displayed around the public areas. The attractive patterned marble floors add to the elegant atmosphere of this hotel.
