Rooms are all in excellent condition. Equipped to high standards, they are medium in size and have wooden furniture and classic textiles. Bathrooms are in a good condition throughout, most rooms with bathtub. Half rooms offer enchanting panoramas on the typical Umbrian valley.

The restaurant is the pride of this hotel. Situated on the lower floor and benefitting from a beautiful large terrace overviewing the valley, the restaurant is known in the whole of the region for its specialities, typical dishes and products of the area and an extraordinary wine list. Not to be missed!

Traditional building in keep with surroundings.
lobby
The lobby is small area on the left side from the entrance. On the right side there is a Bar area sometimes used for breakfast (low season only). Once being a private house, the hotel has a charming lounge area with fireplace and original paintings, comfortable sofas and an intimate atmosphere.

An enchanting family run hotel, definitely higher in standard than the typical superior turist class. The position is ideal for touring the small city. There are a few parking spaces in front of the hotel. 0808 SR

Situated in the centre of medieval Assisi, the hotel is just a stroll away from the famous Basilica and all Assisi's attractions. At the back of the hotel and from most rooms, there are magnificient views of the beautiful valley.
