This hotel is new and, therefore, in excellent condition throughout, basic but pleasantly decorated & offers an excellent alternative to hotels in the centre of Assisi. MS 03/05

Medium in size and incorporating a seating/ TV area with a dark wooden reception desk contrasting with the pale green curtains, armchairs & walls. The pale green theme continues throughout the hotel.

A modern rectangular light brick building the colour of which is typical of central Assisi.
restaurant
Serves excellent quality local specialities with an added international menu.
rooms
All the rooms are large and in very good condition with wooden floorboards and fittings. Bathrooms are also in excellent condition.
location
Situated in a quiet residential area just behind the main square from where public buses can be taken to the centre of Assisi which is a five minute journey away.
