generalThis is a good 4 star hotel well located away from the hustle and bustle of the city but within a short tram ride or long walk to the Albert Cuypmarket, the Heineken Brewery and other attractions, as well as across the road from the Rai congress centre and about 15 minutes from Schiphol airport by car
lobbyThe medium sized lobby has a slate tile floor and a small seating area consisting of leather chesterfield armchairs next to a small fountain. A new addition is the Internet area.
exteriorThe hotel has a modern exterior, but does not reflect the style and quality of the interior.
restaurantThe restaurant is located on the first floor and has been completely refurbished, along with the bar, in a very attractive New England theme with wood floors, tartan furniture and mementos from Vermont. The restaurant serves a New England menu.
roomsAll bedrooms have air conditioning and about 50% have 2 queen size beds and the rest have 1 king size bed. The colour scheme is predominantly blue, yellow and pink and all rooms are medium sized although some are larger than others. As a Holiday Inn brand, they all have the facilities one would expect from a 4 star hotel and are all in good order throughout
