This is a youth hostel type accommodation however all rooms are private and come with private bathrooms. It is one of the best known hostels in Amsterdam as it has its own nightclub, bar and restaurant and offers excellent value for money. it is also in a prime location close to everything that matters, ie restaurants, nightlife, museums, shops, boat trips, the Holland Casino and the Vondelpark and comes highly recommended
lobby
The lobby itself is actually quite small however, the large restaurant is next to it and offers ample space for sitting, meeting friends, eating, reading etc
exterior
Although in a very traditional part of town, the Hans Brinker is incorporated into a modern building but has expanded over the years and also offers accommodation in traditional buildings and even in a church.
restaurant
The restaurant is a vast space located off the small lobby and serves all meals throughout the day at very low prices. It is also a place to hang out and meet people and their is also a bar area.
rooms
The dorm rooms are basic and consisit of bunk beds so not good for elderly people or those with children under the age of 5. They are clean and the shower facilities are in the dorm itself so guests dont have to go to another part of the building.
location
This hotel is located in the heart of Amsterdam, close to the fabulous antique district, as well as the popular pedestrianised shopping street, and of course the busy nightlife of the Leidseplein with its cafes, bars and nightclubs
