This hotel is located in the centre of Amsterdam, close to the Rembrandtsplein, the main shopping area and tourist attractions including the Flower market and red light district.
rooms
The hotel has benefitted from a complete renovation which was finished this year and now offers 4 star accommodation with new luxurious beds, televisions and other new facilities expected from a 4 star property. The bathrooms are also in very good condition. The standard room is the first entry level so these rooms are slightly smaller than the deluxe rooms but still offer Nespresso machines, and 32" televisions on the walls
restaurant
The restaurant is located on the ground floor and all meals are served in this bright and modern space. Lunch and dinner is from a predominantly Dutch menu and the casual restaurant is popular with both hotel guests and the general public
exterior
It is a modern, purposefully built hotel.
lobby
The lobby is medium sized and was also renovated this year. It now offers luxurious Italian seating, a modern bar leading to its popular restaurant, a communal reading table and of course the reception area.
general
This property is in an excellent location and following its total renovation, is a wonderful, small and personal 4 star hotel which comes highly recommended. jg/07/2010
