roomsThe entire property was opened in 2006, so the rooms are all in good condition. The two bedroom consists of kitchen, leading through to lounge. The bathroom and bedrooms are both compact in size. The bedding configuration is one queen bed and one double bed. Many of the upper floors have excellent harbour views, the other view is across the central city area.
restaurantThere is no restaurant in the property , there are a number of restaurants within a few minutes walk of the building. There is a supermarket within 250 metres of the building useful for buying provisions for self catering.

generalThis is a brand new residences property. There are permanent residents as well as short term visitors. The units are tidy and well furnished, functional rather than luxurious.
