This is a brand new residences property. There are permanent residents as well as short term visitors. The units are tidy and well furnished , functional rather than luxurious. This property is excellent for those wanting a longer stay in Auckland with a self catering option and no need for hotel services.The price shown is for an un-serviced room. SE1008

There is no restaurant in the property , there are a number of restaurants within a few minutes walk of the building. There is a supermarket within 250 metres of the building useful for buying provisions for self catering.

The entire property was opened in 2006, so the rooms are all in good condition. The studio consists of kitchen, leading through to the bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom and bedrooms are both compact in size. The bedding configuration is queen bed, no twin available. Many of the upper floor studios have excellent harbour views, the other view is across the central city area.
location
Within 150 metres of the harbour in central Auckland. A few minutes walk from the main retail and restaurant areas.
